Mariachi Luz de Oro de Berkeley is a student-run musical group performing traditional and modern mariachi music. We aspire to promote musical and cultural diversity by increasing exposure to the Mexican art form of mariachi. We aim to establish and maintain a performing group to inspire the community’s and its members’ lives. We are a student group acting independently of the University of California. We take full responsibility for our organization and this website.
